New Jutte
New Jutte Jutte, literally ten hands, were used by the samurai as well as the feudal era police. They were used for trapping the blades of edged weapons as well as jabbing and striking. Jutte were also used to trap fingers both for compliance and throwing. This particular Jutte is an unbelievable value for the price. The steel barrel is augmented by the copper and brass used in the mounting which make for a secure grip as well as adding beauty to the tool. This has to be one of the best values for the dollar spent that we have ever offered. Our solid iron Jutte will last for years of intensive practice, it is constructed entirely of one piece of iron.
