This video by Roger Wehrhahn was filmed in Warwick, New York at a Mountain Teachings workshop series seminar. It contains 15 Ippon techniques (One-steps) dealing with a variety of hand and foot attacks. These techniques are normally taught over a 3 year period as a requirement to advance through the belt system from beginner to Black Belt.
